our journey together

The Storyline Sessions are offered online in four 60-minute classes.

BEFORE WE START

  • We have a conversation about your goals and how storytelling will help your team realize success.

  • We set a cadence for the Sessions, for example, one hour each week for four weeks.

  • We discuss your team members involved and the storytelling projects they will work on in the Sessions.

  • We set up the chat community platform that will be active for all participants during the Sessions.

  • Begin the classes! There are two levels to the Storyline Sessions.

THE SESSIONS

LEVEL ONE - TOPICS

Level one sets the foundation to bring effective storytelling to any business situation. Over four sessions, we’ll empower your team with a signature storytelling framework they can use to succeed and stand out. After each Session, there is a short homework assignment due the following week. Every team member will have a chance to make practice presentations and receive feedback on the presentation from the group and facilitator.

Session 1 - Why tell a story?

Session 2 - Story structure fundamentals

Session 3 - Story elements you can’t do without

Session 4 - Presenting story projects and receiving feedback

LEVEL TWO - TOPICS

Level two is an advanced class series for working on a specific project such as a publicity campaign, annual report, funding appeal, video series, or marketing plan. It will be customized to your project needs and team.

Session 1 - Key project elements and timetable

Session 2 - Story breakdown for the project

Session 3 - Final presentation

Session 4 - Critique, feedback, and improvement

AFTER THE SESSIONS

You and your team use your knowledge of signature story fundamentals to thrive. You have access to the chat community we opened for 30 days after the Sessions, where Red Cup Agency can answer questions about the Sessions.

I’ve developed a storytelling framework that you can apply to any story, whether you are giving a presentation, creating videos, reporting to your team, or closing new clients.
